Privacy policy

This policy explains what Spark & Smoke collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you join Spark Club we store your name, email, optional phone number, birthday, city and how you heard about us, plus your points and coupon history. When you write a review we store your rating and text. We record anonymous page visits (page, referring site, device type) to understand which pages help people find the shop. We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run your rewards account, confirm you’re 21+, publish reviews, and — only if you opt in — send you news about drops and deals. We never sell your information.

Your choices

Ask us in store or call (469) 954-9269 to update or delete your account or stop marketing messages.
